Ryan, November 1984, in his special needs classroom at Arthur Peake School, Maple Ridge, B.C. He is using the old Merry Muscles style of exerciser–which was improved with easy, quicker adjustments so that an excited child can get moving!
Ryan, four years later, in June 1988. He is using a newer model of the Therapeutic Exerciser with the Pelvic Support seat. Ryan’s hip and knee joints are contracted, so he can only walk BACKWARDS along this long track, but he likes to see what is going on in the Principal’s office and other rooms along the way.
